Why do you call yourselves Viveau?

Viveau is a play on two French words; ‘vivre’ which means to live, and ‘eau’ which means water. We believe Viveau enables people to live their best lives.

When and why was Viveau founded?

Viveau was created in 2018 to fill a significant gap in the market. Our founders, Ted Grant and Hanspeter Stutz couldn’t find a full-flavoured sparkling water that contained real ingredients with no added sweeteners or preservatives. So, they decided to make their own.

What does the Clean Label Project™ certification mean?

The Clean Label Project is a nonprofit organization that focuses on transparency in consumer product labelling. The organization tests for chemicals of concern and industrial and environmental toxins and contaminants (like heavy metals, pesticide residues, and plasticizers) that have the long-term potential to adversely affect human health and well-being. Being awarded Clean Label Project certification means that our products have been tested and meet their standards for a clean product.

What are Viveau’s most important company values?

The truth. We believe there is nothing more important than the truth. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to always be true to our farmers, our ingredients, and—most importantly—to everyone who enjoys our products.

Why is Viveau lightly sparkling?

Viveau is lightly carbonated in order to enhance the incredible flavour of our beverages. It also helps make Viveau easy to enjoy for more people—without the bloating, gas, and discomfort experienced from heavily carbonated beverages. So, go ahead, and gulp down the goodness. We promise you'll still feel great!

What is the sediment at the bottom of my bottle?

These are naturally occurring fruit fibers that are a direct result of our fruit pressing process. We filter our pressed juice in order to remove any stems, seeds or other larger remnants from the product, but we do not filter past that. This helps to preserve as much of the natural goodness from the fruit as possible. For the best tasting experience, make sure to give the bottle a shake shortly before consuming, to distribute the particles throughout!

What minerals are found in Viveau products?

Are Viveau products low in calories?

Yes, ranging from 35 to 45 calories per 235mL bottle, Viveau is an excellent alternative to many refined sugar sweetened beverages that are high in calories.
